it’s a…

boy! Had the ultrasound on Wednesday, and there clear as day was a “3rd leg” in the ultrasound. Couldn’t miss that! Now we need boy clothes, though alot of the baby clothes we got for amanda are neutral. I’m still getting sick 1-2 times per day. Some days I’m fine but god im so tired of being sick!

still feel good

Feel great again today! Had a Dr’s appt, listened to the heartbeat. We go for the ultrasound next Wednesday downtown at Baptist. Same place we did the ultrasound when I was pregnant with Amanda. Can’t wait till we find out if its a boy or a girl, and healthy.

I counted up my diaper stash, I have 18 med/large Fuzzi Bunz, so we have decided to go with prefolds and covers till he/she fits into the FB. I’m not sure if I want to get Indian prefolds or Chinese prefolds. I’ve read that the Indian prefolds are much softer and thicker. I may order one to see how it is.

While I was at the Dr’s this morning, DH took Amanda to storytime. He was the only dad there The normal lady who does storytime was off, so they had someone from Kindermusik there. I showed up for the last 15 minutes and I just loved it. The singing and acting out stories, the kids had a blast. I see there is a Kindermusik class during the school year in my town, I may just sign Amanda up.

Britax arrived

The Britax arrived today. Wow what a great car seat. You can tell the difference between the cheapie Costco and this one just by picking them up. The Britax manages to be sturdy, heavy and solid but not so huge that a 2nd one won’t fit next to it. It is so worth the money. I feel much better with Amanda in this seat then any other.

So far I feel GREAT today. I haven’t puked or even felt sick since I woke up. We went to get some food, and I ate Amy’s Veggie Loaf dinner and I finally felt the baby move. Haven’t felt the baby move in a few days. I really really really really hope this continues!
