Pomacea Bridgessii babies

A few eggs actually made it.  I have I think 10 of them, all approximately lima bean size.  They have a tiny bit of purple in them!  The shells are so smooth!  I don’t know what I’m going to do with them.

The H2O Mop

Yes, I’m a sucker for TV Infomercials.

A long, long time ago there was a series on Public TV called “Yan Can Cook”, and he sold a wok on an infomercial.  I bought it, and I loved it.  I wish I still had it.  Other things I’ve bought are Dryer Balls which are great and use in every load, and an Aerogarden, which is also awesome.

A few weeks ago I saw the H2O vac commercial, and while I was researching it online, I saw the H2O Mop.  I bought it and I have to say that I just love it.   Being able to clean my floors and carpets with no chemicals will hopefully help my daughter with her allergies.  My floors are sparkling clean, and it kills dust mites in the carpets.  It takes no more then 10 seconds for the steam to get going, and the water lasts a long time.  Plus the microfiber pads are machine washable.

If  you can get past the tackiness and the “too good to be true” feeling of them trying to sell you the H2O Mop, it’s worth the money.  It really does work.

*Grumbles about eBay*

So I’ve been trying to sell a few  hundred of my cherry shrimp, because, well, I have a lot of them and I hate to feed them to my angel fish.  I’ve sold a few from my site here, which is awesome, but not enough yet so I thought I’d list them on eBay.   Maybe someone would be more comfortable buying from eBay then my site.  I make my listing, then post it.

This morning I get an email from eBay saying they cancelled my listing because live animals have to have overnight shipping.  Ok, that’s not a problem, if someone wants to pay $23-ish for shipping that’s fine.  However, all the other listings for cherry shrimp aren’t offering overnight shipping!  That’s a little unfair to take my auction down but the others stay up.  So I’m wondering if someone (another seller?) reported my auction but not his?  Not that it matters, as long as my shrimp find a new home it’s all good.

So I relisted my auction, this time offering Express (overnight) shipping as well as Priority Mail shipping.

Let’s see if they take this one down, too.

edit:  My auction sold within an hour of it going up.  10 more shrimp find a new home!
